Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to run our vibrant youth club for boarding students.
What You'll Do:
Lead engaging activities that inspire and entertain
Create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment
Be a positive role model for young people
Bring fresh ideas and innovation to our programme
Consult with young people on what they would like to do and experience
Liaise with other youth resources in the area and work in partnership
What We're Looking For:
Experience or interest in youth work or residential care
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to lead and motivate young people
A clear sense of fun and energy
