About Us

442 soccer is a grassroots youth football club that follows a structured coaching curriculum to help players develop their skills, confidence, and love of the game.

Role Overview

You will support the development of young players aged 3-18

Leading or assisting weekly training sessions through the week and match days Saturday and or Sundays (with session plans provided) Encouraging fun, teamwork, and player growth Supporting matchdays when possible Following the club's curriculum and safeguarding policies

Requirements

Passion for working with children Commitment to regular training and games Coaching qualifications or previous experience (preferred, not essential) Enhanced DBS check (club can help arrange if needed)
Important: Roles will not start immediately -- this recruitment is for the upcoming season starting to allow time for checks and preparation.
