We are seeking an experienced and passionate Youth Work Manager to lead and support a team of youth workers embedded in the Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in Buckinghamshire. Key Responsibilities:
Provide line management, supervision, and support to a team of 4 youth workers delivering early mental health interventions within school settings across Buckinghamshire.
Ensure youth work practice is trauma-informed, inclusive, evidence-based, and aligned with MHST and Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust protocols.
Collaborate with MHST clinicians, school mental health leads, pastoral teams, and local CAMHS services to ensure holistic, youth-centred care.
Champion youth voice and participation in service delivery and development, enabling young people to shape the support they receive.
Monitor and evaluate impact through data collection, feedback, and reflective practice to ensure high standards of delivery and continuous improvement.
Maintain clear safeguarding and risk management procedures in line with Trust and statutory requirements.
Promote professional development and reflective practice within the youth work team.
Support the integration of youth work within multi-agency teams and across the wider MHST model.
