In this role, you'll manage a caseload of apprentices, ensuring every stage of their programme runs smoothly - from enrolment to achievement. You'll work closely with employers, apprentices, and college teams to keep everything on track, providing excellent customer service and clear communication throughout.
You'll be the go-to person for your apprentices, guiding them through their individual learning plans and supporting them to reach their goals.
