At our Stoke 2 Distribution Centre, a vital hub in our supply chain network, we're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on individual to join us as a Zone Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is ready to take ownership of a key operational area, helping us move products efficiently from warehouse to customer.

What you'll be doing




Plan to succeed - ensure that the Zone is capable of delivering the businesses requirements at all times Work with Shift Managers to understand service level for Zone and create plans for continuous improvement Ensure that house-keeping standards are maintained to a high standard Lead - every moment of every day, motivate, reward and engage your team Ensure that the team have clear direction and are fully engaged in delivering the businesses objectives Engage with the team by developing and continuously improving communication, team building, training and the people plan Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and embraced Manage the Zone like it's your own business Has a "Can do" mentality which makes challenges, opportunities Drive a continuous improvement plan which delivers results and supports a change culture

What we'll look for in you



Leadership experience in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or retail environment A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example and motivate a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and team development A keen eye for process improvement and a proactive attitude toward solving operational challenges Confidence in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other digital tools A solid understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices in a distribution setting Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and remain calm under pressure Flexibility to work across different shifts or zones as business needs evolve A passion for delivering high standards of service and efficiency * A positive, can-do mindset with a drive to contribute to a growing business
