TheRole:YourremitinthisComplaintsHandlerroleistoensurethehigheststandardsofserviceinhandlingcustomercomplaints,identifyingtrendsandimprovingresolutionatthefirstpointofcontact.Keyresponsibilitiesinclude: Actasfirstpointofcontactforcustomercomplaints,ensuringtheyarehandledefficientlyandprofessionallytomaximiseresolutionatfirstcontact. Conductin depthcomplaintinvestigations,identifyingrootcausesanddraftingcomprehensiveresponsestoensureafairandconsistentapproach. Develop&maintaincomplaintpacksthathighlightkeytrends,recurringissues&areasforimprovement.Presentfindingstomanagementtodriveproactivesolutions. Performqualitychecksoncomplaintresolutionsandcustomerinteractionstoensureadherencetocompanystandardsandregulatoryguidelines. HelptocoachCustomerServiceteamstoenhancecomplainthandlingskills. Collaboratewithinternalstakeholderstoimproveprocesses,streamlinecomplainthandling,andenhancecustomerexperience. Leadengagementmeetings/sharebestpractisewithotherdepartments. Skills/ExperienceRequired:FortheComplaintsHandlerroleourclientwillconsiderarangeofbackgrounds.Theseincludeexperienceincomplaintshandling,reporting&identifyingtrendswithstronganalyticalskills,awarenessofconsumerduty/customerprotectionregulations,peoplewithPPI/car/motorclaimsexperienceandexposuretovulnerablecustomers.Alsothoseabletoconductrootcauseanalysisandprovidesolutions.ThisexperiencemustbewithinFinancialServices,Banking,Insuranceoranotherregulatedindustryandyoumusthaveaconfidenttelephonemanner.
