The One Off is a leading, award winning, international integrated agency where meaningful, memorable work that changes minds is created. We have design studios in London, Derbyshire and Mumbai with a plan to move into other global locations over the next 2 years. We employ over 80 creative individuals across brand design, digital and motion, interior architecture and advertising; our clients range from leading technology and entertainment companies to global sports and fashion brands.

The Role ......

You will play a key supporting role within the design team at The One Off by working across varying retail and client projects. We believe graduates bring new ways of thinking and doing to the studio and whilst you're here learning and growing with us you'll be exposed to the full design process from initial idea generation to final concepts and roll out.

The Ideal Candidate ........

Be a creative thinker with excellent layout and typographic skills, a natural image maker with passion for ideation

Have strong initiative and a proactive approach

Have excellent time management and organisational skills

Are able to take direction and build on constructive feedback

Have a willingness to collaborate effectively

Have a keen eye for detail

Have the ability to participate creatively in client meetings and brainstorming sessions

Have great knowledge of design applications with emphasis on Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and photoshop

Experience and education

The following requirements are preferred but not essential

A graphic design or similar creative degree

Previous placement experience would be beneficial but not critical
