About the Role
Myriad Global Media is looking for a
3D Generalist
to join our growing London team. You'll be creating high-quality
technical 3D animations
that explain complex engineering and energy concepts in clear and engaging ways. This is not a character animation role - it's about bringing technology, innovation, and real-world projects to life through cinematic yet accurate visual storytelling.

This is predominantly office based at our office in Old Street.
Responsibilities
Interpret scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements.
Design and present 3D look books to clients in compelling presentations.
Create high-quality, realistic CGI environments and assets that align with specific thematic and narrative requirements.
Composite images with background graphics and special effects for a seamless visual experience.
Ensure the synchronization of frames and audio for flawless playback.
Engage in the editing process to refine and perfect animations.
Collaborate closely with the production team, including designers and directors, to achieve project goals.
Requirements
Passionate about the work and keen to learn and mentor others
Demonstrated ability to create environments and assets for immersive applications.
Experience working with technical CAD, such as Navisworks files, and importing them into Maya etc.
A strong portfolio showcasing high and low poly modelling, texturing in PBR pipeline, and high-quality animations.
At least 3-4 years of proven experience as an animator working end to end on projects (not student work).
Proficiency in CGI software, including Maya, Unreal Engine, Navisworks, Photoshop, Premiere pro, After Effects/Nuke,
Expertise in offline and real-time rendering using Redshift and Unreal Engine.
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and within budget constraints.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
