The Vacancy

The role is to work as part of the Heavy Haulage and wider Transport team to manage permits and assist in delivering permits and routes to the transport teams in line with customers' requests.

Main Responsibilities

Support abnormal load route planning manager. Monitor permits inbox. Raise movement orders for C&U & STGO load types. Liaise with authorities where required ref notifications (movement orders). Update notification recording worksheet. Liaise with customers/planners and update monthly rolling permits/notifications. Update notifications with the latest authority restrictions and information. Run swept path analysis & create digital drawings for loads Client quotations.

Skills/Knowledge

Good verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail. Knowledge and understanding of the Transport industry- (Preferred). Experience within a customer service/office environment - (Preferred). Previous experience of Microsoft Office / Outlook - (Preferred).

Qualifications

Full driving licence.
