Location: Kellogg College, Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 6PN
Kellogg College, Oxford University's largest graduate college is seeking a personable and friendly Academic Office Administrator (Wellbeing and Funding) who will be the first point of contact for students with wellbeing and funding queries.
The Role
The Academic Office Administrator will oversee areas including maintenance of student records, arrangement and delivery of the College's Welcome Weeks events, and managing administrative processes in relation to scholarships and the Research Members of Common Room scheme.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a personable, enthusiastic administrator with:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and spoken, with a friendly, confident, professional attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and institutional information
  • A good understanding of standard administrative procedures with the ability to prioritise effectively
