About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

ACCA qualified contractor

to support our finance team with high-quality

financial statement reviews

, ensuring full compliance with UK accounting standards and disclosure requirements.

This role is

outside IR35

and is ideal for an experienced professional with a meticulous eye for detail and an ability to operate independently in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth quality reviews of financial statements prepared under

FRS 101 and FRS 102

Ensure all

disclosure requirements

are fully met in accordance with the latest UK GAAP standards Liaise effectively with external auditors, particularly

PwC

Provide detailed feedback and suggest improvements on draft statements Strong understanding on limitations of

CaseWare

Maintain rigorous organizational control over multiple deliverables

Required Qualifications & Experience

ACCA qualified

(essential) Proven experience with

FRS 101/102

financial reporting Prior engagement or collaboration with

PwC

(preferred) Strong working knowledge of

CaseWare

Excellent

organization and time management

skills Ability to operate independently in a

hybrid environment

(Watford-based)

Working Arrangement

Hybrid setup: 2-3 days per week onsite in near

Watford
