Are you confident in your ability to sell on the phone, financially-driven, and motivated by building customer relationships? Join Lindys UK Sales Team as an Account Development Executive and help us grow by re-engaging dormant and low-spend customers, generating new leads, and developing sales opportunities.

The Role



Make outbound calls to potential, low-spend, and dormant customers. Handle inbound sales enquiries quickly and professionally. Build strong relationships with customers, providing tailored IT and AV product solutions. Maintain accurate CRM records, process orders, and generate quotes. Work closely with sales, marketing, purchasing, and finance teams to deliver excellent customer experiences. Contribute to team targets and share insights on customer needs and market trends.

What Were Looking For



Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management. Self-motivated, resilient, and target driven. Customer-focused and proactive in problem-solving. Previous sales, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.
