Our client is a growing, technology-led services business working with organisations across the UK to improve performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes. As their client base continues to expand, they're now looking for a Graduate Account Manager to join their Sheffield team and support existing customer relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and becoming a trusted point of contact for clients. Rather than new business development, your focus will be on
relationship management, service delivery, and long-term client success
.
You don't need prior account management experience -- full training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As an Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of existing clients and ensure they receive a strong, consistent experience.
Your day-to-day will include:
Acting as the main contact for assigned clients
Checking in regularly with customers to understand their goals and challenges
Coordinating internally to ensure services are delivered smoothly
Handling client queries and resolving issues in a timely, professional way
Identifying opportunities to add value or improve the client experience
Supporting contract renewals and account growth conversations
Keeping accurate records of client activity using CRM systems
Building long-term relationships based on trust and communication
