BA Commercial seeks an Accountants Assistant to join their Property & Asset Management team in Chester. This entry-level role involves diverse accountancy tasks, including cash control, purchase ledger and utilities management. Previous experience not essential, but preferred as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
(post-training):
Cash control, and year-end procedures, updating systems.
Oversee Purchase ledger
Oversee utilities management.
Collaborate with property managers, contractors, tenants, and clients.
Qualifications & Skills
:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
Team player with a willingness to learn.
Proficient in IT and software, especially Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
