Summary
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Senior Finance Individual familiar with Xero, Microsoft Office and Excel. The successful candidate will have strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, written and verbal, as well as excellent attention to detail. The volume of transactions is relatively small, but the average value high.
The position will involve working closely with the chief executive to identify improvement opportunities and with local and national companies which occupy our properties to ensure high levels of value and satisfaction
Responsibilities
Overseeing, processing, recording, organising all financial transactions, purchase, sales, rental invoices and expenses.
Authorising and making payments.
Bank reconciliations and monitoring other company accounts to ensure accuracy and identify potential discrepancies.
Preparation and review of management accounts, statutory accounts, cash flows, KPI reports, and complex budgets.
Ensuring compliance with VAT and broader accounting standards and deadlines.
Coordinating workflow, setting deadlines, and maintaining efficiency.
