Position Overview





This role is responsible building strong, long?term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of Galaxy's products and services. This person will become a primary point of contact and will play key part in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.





Responsibilities:




Being a key point of contact for the day-to-day client enquiries, issues, and escalation, ensuring clients concerns are resolved in a timely manner. Developing a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and business needs. Project Management combined with the coordination of working alongside various internal and external teams, to deliver product solutions in line with lead time and budgetary constraints. The creation and delivery of account plans, including performance reports, and strategic recommendations. Performing regular site visits to client premises to review Galaxy products. Identifying opportunities for upselling and revenue growth within client accounts. Maintaining accurate records within the company's CRM systems. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity and providing insights back to Galaxy business.



Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:





Must demonstrate excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Problem solving mindset with a customer centric approach. Self-driven, with strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. The ability to make good decisions and develop positive working strategies through data analysis. Previous Account Management experience in solution-based selling. A good understanding of the Land based Casino business and Casino Table Games is preferred, but not essential.
