We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our Head Office team within our Finance department.
The successful candidate will gain valuable industry-specific knowledge and skills, along with a nationally recognised Level 2 Business Administration qualification.

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY
Day to day activities associated with running the accounts function as outlined below. All work should be completed in a manner in keeping with professional company standards.
KEY SKILLS, RESPONSIBILITES & OBJECTIVES
Reconciling payments to the bank
Customer and supplier account forms
Processing expenses
Processing proformas
Posting payments
Match supplier invoices to goods received notes using automated matching software
Dealing with accounts queries with both the branch and externally
General accounts admin
Cover other team members work in periods of absence
PERSON SPEC
Desire to work within an accounts team
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Problem solving skills
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
