Overview of Position:

We are a dynamic and well-established property management and chartered surveying firm, providing professional services across residential, commercial, and mixed-use portfolios. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality service to clients, tenants, and stakeholders, and we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our finance and administrative operations.

Staff Responsibility:

The Accounts and Administration Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative functions of the business. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Key Deliverables:



Accounts Support



Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes Reconcile bank statements and client accounts Process invoices, receipts, and payments and prepare banking Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Support month-end and year-end financial reporting Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding account queries Debt collection

Administrative Duties



Provide general administrative support to the team Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain office supplies and equipment Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing Support property management tasks such as issuing demands, notices, and correspondence

Skills & Experience



Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role (property sector experience desirable) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, Re-Leased) is an advantage Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications



GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English

Pay: 23,000.00-24,000.00 per year
