We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator, with good organisational skills and a minimum of 5 years previous experience in a book keeping or accounting position, to join our dynamic team. The Accounts Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organisation.
Core Responsibilities
Credit Control
Management of Sales and Purchase Ledgers (processing invoices, credit notes, receipts and payments
Bank, Credit Card and Petty Cash reconciliations
Preparing monthly & yearly management accounts
Preparation of company cash flows
Quarterly VAT returns under MTD
All banking functions
Preparing Payroll sheets
General Office Administration
Skills
Experience in business to business environments, preferably within manufacturing
Good working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts Professional (including use of journals and bank reconciliations)
Advanced/intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to self-motivate
Presentation skills to brief Directors on various financial reports produced
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to form good working relationships with people a all levels
