Accounts Administration Assistant
to join our friendly team.
24 hours per week
(spread over 4 days, during office hours Monday-Friday - we're flexible and happy to discuss what works best).
What you'll be doing:
? Supporting our Accounts/Office Manager
? Sales & Purchase Ledger management (construction experience a big plus!)
? Using Sage 50 Accounts, bookkeeping, and reconciliations
? Processing invoices and payments
? General office admin & reception cover when needed
? Helping book accommodation/travel for project teams
What we're looking for:
At least 2 years' accounts experience (construction background & Sage 50 preferred)
Knowledge of CIS & VAT
Confident with Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
Organised, accurate, and great with communication
A friendly, professional manner on the phone & in person
