A finance company based in Central London are on the lookout for an organised Accounts Administrator to join their growing team.
This role requires a dynamic and organised person with an eye for detail and accuracy
The main purpose of an Accounts Administrator role is:
To deal with cash flow, month-end, and VAT
Dealing with audit preparation
Diary management and dealing with client queries.
Assisting senior staff and directors in extracting information and producing reports for internal reporting, billing and work in progress reports
Has led system migrations and audit preparation
Accounts Administrator Specification:
Well organised with an excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Skilled in AP/AR, cash flow, month-end, and VAT
Confident across Xero, Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs), experience of reconciling bank accounts and other ledgers
Ability to prioritise work within strict timelines and meet deadlines.
To have an administrative and a customer service background
Be passionate with a great work ethic.
