We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to join our Chiswick based team in the role of Accounts Administrator.

This is a versatile role, and the successful candidate will have the ability to confidently communicate with a variety of stakeholders ranging from key partners and suppliers to high end clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Accurately processing and recording all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.

Reconciling bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

Managing the Accounts Dept email inbox

Preparing and sending invoices to clients and processing payments.

Utilizing accounting software like Xero, dext, Teller to manage financial records.

Communicating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Assisting the procurement team with administrative duties and office management

Skills and Qualifications:



Accuracy and Attention to Detail - you must be meticulous to ensure financial data is accurate.

You need to be organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Effective communication is essential for interacting with clients, vendors, and other team members.

Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot discrepancies or resolve issues related to financial records.

Experience with accounting software is crucial for managing financial data.

A basic understanding of bookkeeping principles is necessary for accurate record-keeping and financial reporting.

A minimum of two years prior experience in a similar role

The role is offered full time on a permanent basis with a competitive salary package:



30k pa

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
