We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing various administrative tasks, supporting our clients, and ensuring smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities



Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems. Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized filing systems. Utilize XERO for bookkeeping and financial record management as needed. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Support office management functions by ensuring the office environment is well-maintained and organized. Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow processes and improve overall efficiency. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative tasks.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on clerical duties and office management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing responsibilities. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and documentation purposes. Previous experience as a personal assistant or in customer service roles is highly valued. Competence in using XERO, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software applications. Strong time management skills to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
