Key Responsibilities



Invoice Management

: Process shipping company invoices accurately and efficiently.

Financial Data Analysis

: Use financial principles to analyse data, identify patterns, and suggest cost-saving measures.

Accounts Payable/Receivable

: Assist with managing AP/AR and producing financial reports.

Budgeting and Forecasting

: Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Reporting & Compliance

: Help maintain compliant financial records and reports.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with internal teams to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.

Process Improvement

: Propose improvements in invoice and data handling processes.

Requirements



Strong understanding of financial principles (bookkeeping, P&L, VAT, reconciliation). Proficient in

Excel

. Strong English communication and document handling skills. Organized, efficient, and risk-aware. Analytical thinker with good problem-solving ability. Interested in financial data and long-term career development.

Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in various accounting software.

The Account Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, processing invoices, and supporting the finance team in achieving organisational goals.

Responsibilities



Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist with reconciliations. Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks and other relevant platforms Monday.com to manage financial data. Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation. Offering administrative tasks support directly to directors, such as HR, Office Admin etc.

Skills



Proficiency in accounting software & computer skills Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
