Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist with reconciliations.
Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks and other relevant platforms Monday.com to manage financial data.
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Offering administrative tasks support directly to directors, such as HR, Office Admin etc.
Skills
Proficiency in accounting software & computer skills
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
