to take ownership of our day-to-day financial processes.
Summary
We are seeking an Account Administrator to join our dynamic team at FCCM Ltd in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission by managing financial records and ensuring efficient accounting processes that support our operations.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
Process invoices and ensure timely payments
Assist with monthly financial reporting
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations
Provide support during audits and financial reviews
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Contribute to improving accounting procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Account Administrator or similar role
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or other accounting software
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with financial regulations is a plus.
