Job description
Job Summary: In the first instance the role will be varied in both the Revenue and Purchase processes to understand both sides of the business. As the company continues its growth plans, the role will then be primarily dedicated to one function, with the flexibility to provide support when necessary. Applicants from either discipline are invited.
Ideally you will have experience in the following areas:
A methodical approach to working processes and methods.
Reconciling Ledgers, investigating differences to a successful conclusion.
Producing clear and concise data on a regular basis.
Build and Maintain relationships with Colleges, External Bodies/Agencies.
Have Good Attention to Detail.
Be Target Driven.
Ability to work on your own initiative.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Be a Team player with a flexible and committed approach.
Strong Communication skills - Telephone and Email
Basic Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel.
Knowledge of Sage Accounting Software or similar.
