Jennings Computer Services Ltd are a leading provider of IT solutions, specialising in IT service, networks, IT support, and repair for both Mac and PC systems.

Summary



We are seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant to join our team at Jennings Computer Services Ltd.

Responsibilities



Maintaining records, processing supplier and customer invoices, petty cash, credit control, month end payments, credit card reconciliation, handling cash transactions, booking stock in/out and purchase order processing.

You will also be required to provide general administrative support such as filing, stock take, answering phone calls, handling correspondence and similar office based tasks.

Requirements



Proven experience in an accounts or purchasing role is preferred.

Computer skills - proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook etc.

A good understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Previous experience with Sage accounts software is essential.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work well as part of a team but also independently.

This is a part-time role based at our Scarborough branch. Hours and salary to be discussed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 25,000.00 per year
