Job Description

At KFH we are looking for a build to rent accounts assistant to provide administrative and financial support to the Accounts Manager by maintaining accurate records, managing supplier communications, and ensuring timely processing of invoices and contracts. We're looking for an individual that offers outstanding communication, and someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to our clients whilst achieving the right results and enhancing our reputation.

You will report into our Asset Account Manager.
Responsibilities of a build to rent accounts assistant include:

  • Maintaining documentation for all client contracts
  • Handling and responding to internal and external emails in a timely manner
  • Processing payments accurately
  • Assisting the Accounts manager with supplier queries and invoice statements
  • Provide monthly reports of all gas and electricity contracts
  • Assist the Account Manager with the production of their quarterly and year-end reports
