We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the overall accounting function within the organisation. This position requires strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of accounting software.
Duties
Payroll and book keeping
Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment scheduling.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
Utilise accounting software and payroll to manage financial transactions and report
Preparation of financial statements and reports as required.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information as requested.
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Skills
Proficiency in accounts payable functions and related processes.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
