The Company
Fendequip Mooring Products is a UK manufacturer of mooring and deck equipment for yachts of all sizes. Formed in 2004 we have a strong brand and reputation within the leisure marine and superyacht sectors.
We manufacture our products from our purpose-built premises, located on the outskirts of Wincanton and with easy access to the A303.
Responsibilities
Preparing and issuing client invoices
Monitor accounts receivable for a small number of wholesale customers.
Manage accounts payable: process supplier invoices, track due dates, and prepare payment runs.
Reconcile Credit Card Statements
Support basic month end tasks
Provision of admin support to the directors
Answering the phone, liaising with customers and suppliers
Maintaining supplies of materials, office and site welfare equipment
General Office duties
Desirable Experience & Skills
Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role, ideally within a small growing or medium sized business.
Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts/Payroll
Strong experience with accounts payable processes, including invoice entry, payment runs and bank reconciliation.
Familiarity with Opayo and how financial data flows from online sales.
Strong Excel skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm
