We are seeking a proactive Account Administrator to join our team.
It would be managing financial records, accounts payable, in zero.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable.
Preparation of financial reports and statements as required.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
Respond to inquiries regarding account balances, payment status
Support the finance team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Some experience or track record in accounts.
A steady work record.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
