What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Finance team, you'll gain practical experience while working towards a recognised AAT qualification. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting accounts Payable and Receivables
Supporting the management of the sales ledger using Sage accounting software.
Processing staff and credit card expenses through our SAP system.
Posting expenses to Sage Intacct.
Assisting with weekly BACS payments for staff expenses.
Helping the credit control team manage outstanding debts.
Issuing monthly debtor statements to clients.
Reconciling internal systems with our intranet.
Providing general support to Finance Assistants with ad hoc tasks.
What We're Looking For
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. You don't need prior finance experience--just a willingness to learn and grow. Ideally, you'll bring:
GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in Maths and English.
Basic Microsoft Excel skills are desirable.
An interest in numbers, financial management, and using technology to improve efficiency.
