We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Accounts Team at
Duckworth Land Rover, Market Rasen
.
Experience of the role is essential with a minimum of two years experience as a
Purchase Ledger Clerk.
Key duties will include but not be limited to:
Maintain and accurately record entries on the Purchase Ledger.
Manage and process subsequent Sales Ledger postings for internal recharges.
Record and reconcile accounts against supplier statements.
Prepare and process weekly and ad-hoc creditor payments.
Maintain department files for the required period.
Effectively communicate financial information to the Company Accountant and other dealership colleagues as required.
Successful candidates will need the following experience and skills:
Proficiency in using accounting software
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
Experience or knowledge of automotive accounting systems is a distinct advantage
