Description





This is a homebased role based in Scotland which involves travel to the Edinburgh office on a regular basis.



The role is part time, 23 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 12-4pm and Friday 8am-4pm).





Award Scheme Ltd is the trading arm of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and we are responsible for the administration, opening accounts and general admin for all the Licensed Operators and Directly Licensed Centres who run the DofE. We are a small, strong team that work closely together and support one another in achieving our goals.




We now have a fantastic opportunity for an

Invoice and Administration Assistant

to work within our team. You will provide support to the team in various areas such as processing invoices accurately and efficiently, uploading data from our online shop, ensuring customers' accounts are kept up to date, answering customer queries always ensuring a high level of customer service, assisting the Operations manager with opening new accounts and various other ad hoc duties from time to time.

What we are looking for:





Working knowledge of account packages such as Sage or Business Central.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particularly Excel.

Experience in processing invoices accurately and uploading data.

Excellent customer service skills by email and telephone.

Natural team player, happy to offer support to their team and colleagues.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
