Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance and will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The Accounts Manager will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, monitor accounts payable/receivable, and maintain a solid relationship with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

What You'll Do

As Group Accounts Manager, you'll own the financial engine of the group:

Lead and oversee accounts across multiple companies in the group Produce monthly group management accounts, consolidations, and reports Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning across the group Build and control strong financial systems, processes, and internal controls Oversee AP, AR, credit control, payroll support, and reconciliations Prepare VAT, compliance, and statutory requirements across all entities Support year-end accounts and manage relationships with auditors and accountants Work directly with directors to drive profit, margins, and smart decisions Identify risks, stop leaks, and unlock growth opportunities Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Proven experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes.

Hands-on experience with Odoo

- candidates must demonstrate solid working knowledge of Odoo module.

Proven experience using Odoo Accounting module is essential.

Experience in customizing or optimizing Odoo accounting processes is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Odoo) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify financial discrepancies and resolve issues. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
