EXPERIENCE:

As an

Accounts & Office Administrator

you will manage the day-to-day operational delivery of administrative and accounting tasks that will include:

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Processing, verifying, and recording invoices, receipts, and payments, and following up on outstanding customer payments.

Bookkeeping & Data Entry:

Inputting financial information into systems and performing basic bookkeeping duties.

Cash Handling:

Managing petty cash transactions and other cash-related activities.

Communication:

Answering phones and responding to emails.

Data Management:

Performing data entry and managing databases.

Document Preparation:

Typing and editing letters, emails, memos, invoices, reports, and presentations.

Financial Records:

Compiling, maintaining, and updating financial records, spreadsheets, processing employee expense claims, payroll and sales/purchase ledgers.

Office Management:

Ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory and managing basic facilities.

Organisation:

Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, updating contact lists, and keeping records organised.

Reports & Accounts:

Assisting in preparing company accounts, monitoring budgets, and gathering data for financial reports.

Scheduling:

Managing calendars, booking appointments, and arranging staff meetings and travel.

Support:

Providing general support to staff and visitors and acting as a point of contact.
