About the role:





To work as an efficient and effective member of the team, performing all duties and tasks to a high standard in compliance with individual, team and department objectives. This role supports the smooth running of the sales ledger and credit control functions during a period of maternity leave. This role is Monday to Friday but working hours are flexible for discussion as long between normal working hours (8AM- 5PM)

You'll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities:



Maintain accurate customer account records to support effective credit control. Generate and send statements and invoices to encourage timely payment. Monitor aged debt and chase payments to reduce overdue balances. Resolve customer queries to prevent delays and maintain good relationships. Liaise with internal teams to ensure billing is accurate and disputes are resolved.

What are we looking for?



Excellent communication, delegation and organisational skills. Proven time management skills with a problem solving and rational thinking mindset. A pleasant and professional manner. Competent with Excel, Word, Outlook, and financial systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, PAY360). Able to work independently as well as in a team. A positive attitude to health and safety.
