, you will play a key role in the finance team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of financial processes. You'll be working in a friendly and collaborative environment where attention to detail and teamwork are highly valued.

What You'll Be Doing:

Processing invoices and credit notes, ensuring correct approvals are obtained. Managing electronic finance systems and maintaining accurate financial records. Conducting supplier statement reconciliations and assisting with month-end processes. Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and accurate recording of transactions. Supporting the Finance Manager and wider team with ad hoc finance tasks. Handling queries from care homes and suppliers professionally and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a solid background in finance. The ideal candidate will have:

AAT qualification

(Level 3 or higher) OR qualified by experience. A minimum of

3 years' experience

in an accounts or finance role, preferably within the healthcare or care services industry, though this is not essential. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
