is delighted to be working with a hospitality brand based in Bristol City Centre, who are looking for a full-time

Accounts Payable Supervisor

. This is a full-time, permanent role on a hybrid basis.

About you

You will be an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. The role requires a good communicator who can complete the end-to-end accounts payable process, ideally with previous experience working with European stakeholders. Ideally, you will have experience supervising a team or have been an experienced clerk looking for the next step.

The role

Ownership of end-to-end purchase ledger process Processing supplier bills and credit notes Onboarding new supplier - completing credit checks Bank and Statements reconciliations Supporting monthly completion of VAT returns Support month-end processes (posting journals and balance sheet reconciliations) Ad hoc finance-related activities Leading a team of AP Clerks

Requirements

Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable function Strong communication and interpersonal skills End-to-end AP European stakeholder experience NetSuite experience (desired) Experience supervising a team of AP Clerks

What the client has to offer
