What will you do?

Develop and mentor the accounts payable team, leading by example Oversee the daily accounts payable operations Drive Improvements by identifying pain points and opportunities for efficiencies Act as the escalation for complex accounts and queries Ensuring invoices and documentation provided by suppliers are processed within a timely manner Supporting the team to have queries resolved, to prevent delay in payment Liasing with internal and external stakeholders with a high level of customer service Increasing the payment on time % Steering and meeting SLA's and OLA's Driving No PO No Pay policy Assist in meeting the RFT (Right first time) % Supporting the team to deliver their KPI's Prepare month end reports for month end reviews Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations Being the subject matter expert of the accounts payable function Working alongside the transactional finance manager on the continuous improvement

What we are looking for?

Proven experience of leading an accounts payable team Strong leadership and team management skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations Proficiency in accounting software Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of Yardi and MRI Qube (Desirable)
