Reporting to: Finance Manager, UK & Ireland



Hybrid working: London office / home (3:2)

Your responsibilities



Accounts Payable

- Processes invoices, ensures accurate coding and follows authorisation processes for payment. Supports colleagues with purchase orders on SAP Ariba.


Reporting & Reconciliation

- Manages monthly creditor balance sheet reconciliations.


Expenses management

- Ensures employee expense claims are accurate, properly coded and authorised for payment. Supports colleagues with ad-hoc training as required.


Email Inbox Management

- Acts as the first point of contact for the AP email inbox, ensuring all communication is dealt with promptly and professionally.


Audit & Ad-Hoc

- Supports with audit preparation requests. Prepares expense analysis to comply with HMRC requirements. Assist with ad-hoc tasks, accruals, prepayments and posting journals.

Finance-ready:

Previous relevant finance studies, fundamental accounting understanding and a keen interest in stepping into an entry level finance role.


Tech-confident:

Skilled in Excel and willing to learn new platforms/tools. Exposure to platforms such as Concur, SAP Ariba are a bonus.


Organised & proactive:

Strong prioritisation, attention to detail, and a solution-focused mindset.

Package:

28k-32k per annum + 5% bonus
