Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: From 16.50 a hour dependent on experience and qualifications

Hello, I'm Jessica, the Nursery Manager at Acorns.


We are recruiting for a second supernumerary Nursery manager to join the Large team at Acorns.


With a wealth of early years experience and a clear vision for raising standards and providing the best possible start for every child.


Our vibrant outdoor areas are designed to spark imagination and excitement--where children can embark on pirate adventures, dive into imaginative role-play in the farm shop, or run free in our spacious paddock.

About the role:

As an Nursery Manager you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:


Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

About you:

A true love for child development and care Able and willing to work in a team Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity Role modelling remarkable practice with the intent to support others around you Knowledge of the EYFS framework

Must haves:

Early Years qualification at Level 3 Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
