We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and childcare, demonstrating excellent leadership and management skills. This role is crucial in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.

Duties:

Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in childcare. Lead and support a team of childcare professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional development. Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that cater to the diverse needs of children. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their children's progress and addressing any concerns. Maintain a safe and clean environment for children, staff, and visitors. Drive initiatives that promote the nursery's values and enhance community engagement.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting, with a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. A passion for working with children and fostering their development. Miniumum of a Level 3 qualification is Early Years Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the learning environment.
