We are seeking a passionate and skilled Acro dance teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching various acro skills to students of all ages and skill levels. This role requires a strong commitment to student development and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Duties
Develop and deliver engaging dance lessons that cater to different skill levels, ensuring all students feel included and motivated.
Choreograph routines for performances and competitions, providing constructive feedback to enhance students' skills.
Organise and participate in recitals, showcases, and other events that promote the dance programme.
Maintain a safe and clean studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress, class schedules, and any concerns.
Stay updated with techniques to continually improve teaching methods.
Experience
Previous experience as a Dance Instructor or in a similar role is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for teaching is key.
Strong background in Acro.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.
A passion for dance and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in dance instruction are advantageous but not mandatory.
