About us

At MNR Coaching we are motivated to follow our ethos of Inspiring, Educating and Developing through PE and School Sport. We have several ongoing initiatives to give children the best opportunity to participate in both traditional and alternative sports programmes, with the objective of providing exit paths to our established pathway clubs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and deliver activities for children aged 4-12, focusing on creating a fun, engaging and inclusive environment. Punctual - adhere to timings set out by the camp manager Take a pastoral role as a group leader, welcoming new children into your group and liaising with the Camp Manager. Supervision of children outside of activity times i.e. snack / lunch breaks. Attend a Holiday Camp Induction Day (date tbc) At all times behave in a manner that reflects the values and expectations of MNR Coaching Show professionalism for the duration of your employment, acting as an representative for MNR Coaching and behaving as a suitable role model for children.

Desirable Requirements

At least 1 x recognised NGB Qualification in traditional sport(s) - level 1 or above. Experience in delivering to children (4-11 age bracket). Experience in teaching PE lessons/ASCs in Primary Schools. Full, clean DBS (renewed within the last 3 years) or eligibility to completing before start date of role. Updated First Aid/Child Protection Certificate (or willingness to self-fund an update by the start date). Flexibility in working across the full week including mornings, afternoons and evenings.
