Permanent - based in our Exeter office



Full time (40 hours) with core hours 9:30am - 6:00pm



Salary 27,000-30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous company benefits

The Role




As Activity & Sports Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional programme of fitness and wellbeing activities for employees based at Oxygen House. From managing class schedules to ensuring smooth operations, you'll play a key role in creating a dynamic and energising environment. This is a hands-on, people-focused role that requires enthusiasm, organisation, and a passion for health and fitness. You'll work closely with instructors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure every class and activity runs seamlessly. In addition to coordinating activities, you'll also handle administrative and office tasks, such as maintaining records, managing bookings, and supporting day-to-day operations behind the scenes.



What will you be doing?

Delivering PT sessions and gym inductions; ensuring safe and effective use of equipment. Coordinating and managing a schedule of fitness classes and wellbeing activities. Being the main point of contact for instructors, participants and suppliers. Ensuring all classes are delivered to a high standard, with attention to detail and safety. Promote activities internally, driving engagement and participation. Maintaining accurate records of bookings, attendance and feedback. Supporting the Head of House with events and initiatives that enhance wellbeing. Sourcing and liaising with vendors to deliver sustainable and high-quality services. Monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure readiness and safety.

Qualifications required

Level 2 Certificate in Personal Training

(recognised by CIMSPA)

Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training

for 1:1 PT sessions (recognised by CIMSPA) You may be required to move company pool vehicles or occasionally travel between locations as part of the job role. Therefore, a full UK driving licence is also desirable, but we're open to discussing alternative arrangements.
