Our Head Office is currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper to assist the accounts department with a variety of finance and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities are:
Inputting purchase invoices onto Sage Line 50
Allocating bank payments
Weekly timesheet processing
Processing expenses
Assist with month end reconciliation
Resolving accounting queries
Assisting with paperless system
Utility/service queries
Other ad-hoc accounting or admin duties that arise
Requirements:
Previous experience using Sage or similar accounting software
Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
An understanding of CIS and VAT in the construction industry
Good organisation, communication skills and high level of accuracy/attention to detail
Confident working independently and taking initiative
Preferably AAT studier or qualified but relevant experience will also be considered
Hours: 16-30 per week (with potential to increase)
