The Role
We're seeking an experienced Administration and Accounts Assistant to provide essential support across finance, administration, and HR functions. This is a varied role where you'll help keep our business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record-keeping
Manage supplier relationships and procurement
Coordinate office administration and daily operations
Provide HR administrative support including employee records and onboarding
Handle correspondence and communications professionally
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Minimum 5 years' experience in administration and accounts
Strong numeracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Self-starter with a proactive, energetic approach
Confident, friendly, and professional manner
