This role is office based, no remote working is available
Lowther Forestry Group Ltd is an award-winning landscape construction specialist delivering high quality projects throughout the UK for over 40 years. Working in forestry, fencing, landscaping and grounds maintenance.
Due to continued growth in the company, we are seeking an enthusiastic and confident person to join our existing admin team. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation and will involve working with and supporting the Commercial Directors and Contract Managers.
This exciting opportunity will involve data input, reception and telephone answering as well as general admin duties within our existing admin team. The office is a fast-paced and busy environment, and you will be required to provide admin support to our staff and depots around the country.
Our office is based at Severndale Nurseries which is on a bus route.
The Role:
Maintain and update company records through accurate data entry
Answering telephone calls and directing client / general enquiries
Booking accommodation
General administrative tasks such as scanning, ordering office supplies and sorting post
Monitoring compliance with internal procedures
Working pattern: 9-5 Monday to Friday (35 hours per week), although there is some flexibility in this
What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience working within a similar role and used to working within a busy office
Enthusiastic and motivated
Confident IT skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Clear and concise communication via both email and phone
Organised and good attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines
Able to multitask, prioritise, manage time effectively and use own initiative
Team player with good problem-solving skills
In Return We Offer:
A salary range of 23,200 - 25,000 depending on experience (based on 35 hours pw)
