Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and handle guest enquiries
Manage bookings, calls, and emails efficiently
Support general office, sales, and marketing administration
Help maintain accurate customer records and assist with promotional materials
Ensure a high standard of organisation and presentation in all areas
About You:
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Previous admin, reception, or customer service experience preferred
Clean driving licence
Willing to work weekends when required during the season (March-mid January)
